02 — Equestrian Range
Built for the yard, tested in the arena.
Tack and horse-wear made to work: reinforced stitch lines, brass and nickel fittings, and hardware that's pull-tested before it ships.
Bridles
Padded browbands, brass buckle keepers and adjustable cheekpieces across a full range of finishes, from plain black to two-tone brown.
Halters
Leather and nylon halters, including fleece-padded and hardware-trimmed options, for everyday handling and turnout.
Breastplates
Five-point breastplates with brass rings and adjustable elastic runners, in black and tan leather.
Saddles & Saddle Pads
Western, stock fender, wade, show, jumping, dressage and racing saddles, with all-purpose and dressage quilted pads.
Horse Rugs
Poly-cotton summer rugs, ripstop turnout combos, waterproof canvas, woollen, fleece and mesh rugs, most with detachable necks.
Lead Ropes & Pet Toys

Nine belt families, one buckle standard.
Every belt uses a genuine leather strap and a high-quality metal buckle, in 25–45mm widths, black, light brown, dark brown and tan — made to the length a buyer specifies.
Designer w/ Metal Fittings
Casual belts finished with high-quality metal trims, 30–45mm.
Hand-Painted & Woven
Hand-painted and hand-woven straps, 30–45mm, by expert craftsmen.
Reversible & Polo
Reversible formal straps and machine-stitched polo belts, 30–40mm.
Nylon Stretchable
Elasticated nylon fabric belts, hand-woven, one free-size length, 30–40mm.

05 — Craftsmanship
From hide to hardware.
The same six stages run across every category, from a bridle to a briefcase.
Hide Selection
Buff, cow and goat hides are graded by hand for thickness, grain and finish before cutting begins.
Pattern Cutting
Dies and patterns keep panel dimensions identical across a sample run or a bulk order.
Skiving & Lining
Edges are thinned and lined in cotton or polyester drill so seams sit flat under stitching.
Stitching
Saddle-stitching where strength matters most, walking-foot machines for long production seams.
Hardware Fitting
Brush antique, nickel and gold-tone buckles, D-rings and zips are fitted to spec.
Finishing & QC
Edge finishing and a piece-by-piece check before packing for export.
06 — About SAZ Export
Creating, experimenting, crafting.
SAZ Export Pvt. Ltd. was set up in 2023 as a production house built around intricate detailing, meticulous finishing and skilled craftsmanship — leatherwork made to outlast trends.
In 2024, the range expanded into horse articles, animal toys, animal clothing and other fabric-and-leather goods, alongside the original saddlery, bags and belts.
Every product can be built exactly to a buyer's requirement, or developed as a new design or customisation while keeping its own point of difference. The workshop runs modern machinery and a specialised workforce across rugs, saddle pads, western saddles, tack — headstalls, halters, breast collars, nose bands, reins, girths and lead ropes — and western ladies' bags, belts and pet products, updated as styles and patterns shift in the market.
